Vivi N Paws 送貨政策
Vivi N Paws 選用順豐速運為您運送商品至香港地區。
香港地區包郵政策：
- 消費滿 HKD$300 或以上： 免運費（適用於順豐站或順豐智能櫃自取）
- 指定蛋糕產品消費滿 HKD$400 或以上： 免運費（僅適用於指定有冷運服務的順豐站自取）或葵芳地鐵站交收自取。
- 消費滿 HKD$500 或以上 ： 免運費，並可享有送貨上門服務
未滿指定金額：
- 加運費 HKD$15 （於順豐站或順豐智能櫃自取) 或運費到付形式收取貨物。
- 加運費 HKD$25 可自選地點，但不包偏遠地區。
請注意：
- 香港偏遠地區（包括南丫島、長洲、坪洲等離島地區及禁區）恕不提供送貨服務。
- 訂單處理時間一般需時 1-3 個工作天。
- 如遇商品缺貨，發貨時間將延遲至 7-14 個工作天。建議您在下單前留言查詢，或透過 WhatsApp (+852 93254834) 與我們聯繫，確認商品庫存狀況。
Vivi N Paws Delivery Policy
Vivi N Paws utilizes SF Express for all deliveries within Hong Kong.
Free Shipping within Hong Kong:
- Orders HKD$300 or above: Enjoy FREE delivery to your preferred SF Store or SF Locker.
- Designated cake products orders HKD$400 or above: Enjoy FREE delivery to designated SF Stations OR opt for self-pickup at Kwai Fong MTR station.
- Orders HKD$500 or above: Enjoy FREE door-to-door delivery service.
Orders below the specified amounts:
- A delivery fee of HKD$15 will be applied for pick-up at SF Stations or SF Lockers
- For HKD$25, enjoy delivery to your preferred location (excluding outlying islands and restricted areas).
- You may choose to pay upon delivery
Please Note:
- Delivery services are currently unavailable for outlying islands and restricted areas in Hong Kong, including Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, etc.
- Order processing time typically takes 1-3 business days.
- In case of out-of-stock items, dispatch may be delayed by 7-14 business days. We recommend contacting us by sending a messages or via WhatsApp prior to placing your order to confirm product availability.
