申請換貨需符合以下條件:

  • 提供清晰的商品實物照片,以顯示商品問題。
  • 保留購買憑證和完整的商品包裝。

以下情況恕不接受退換貨:

  • 贈品
  • 以圖片與實物存在合理色差為由(手工零食和蛋糕產品,以及因拍攝光線、

Vivi N Paws Return & Exchange Policy

We want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with our products. To ensure a pleasant shopping experience, we’ve established the following return and exchange policy:

7-Day Exchange Guarantee

If you encounter any of the following issues with your order upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (including Sundays and public holidays), and we will do our best to assist you:

  • Damaged product(s)
  • Defective product(s)
  • Missing item(s)
  • Incorrect item(s) shipped


To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the product(s) and the issue.
  • Retain the original purchase receipt and all product packaging.
  • Ensure the product(s) being returned are unused and in the same condition as received.

The following circumstances are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Gift items
  • Reasonable discrepancies between product images and actual products (including, but not limited to, minor variations in handmade treats and cakes, as well as color variations due to lighting and production batches).
  • Individual pet allergies or sensitivities to specific ingredients (We recommend thoroughly reviewing your pet’s dietary needs and allergies before purchase and closely monitoring their reaction to new foods. If any adverse reactions occur, discontinue feeding immediately and consult your veterinarian).
  • Incorrect size selection or other personal preferences.
  • Unreasonable return or exchange requests.

  • Vivi N Paws reserves the right to refuse exchanges for products deemed damaged due to customer negligence or misuse.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any unreasonable requests for returns or exchanges.
  • Vivi N Paws reserves the right to the final interpretation of this policy.
